In the early form, the structure of the distillation apparatus was simple, but due to the thick liquid film and poor efficiency, the formed liquid film was thin and the separation efficiency was high, but it was more complex than the falling film type structure; in order to increase the separation efficiency, it was often required to use multi-stage cascades to achieve Multi-level separation of different substances. To increase the vapor-liquid flux of the unit tower section, the short-range molecular distillation equipment should pay attention to the relationship between the vapor-liquid ratio. One of the methods to make the equipment more compact, increase the production intensity and processing capacity, and to improve it, cannot use atmospheric distillation, but vacuum distillation should be used. By reducing the pressure within the system, the boiling point of the liquid is reduced, thereby avoiding these phenomena. To prevent the liquid from boiling, the distillation takes place smoothly, and the capillary opening is very fine. If it is too thick, too much air is entered, the liquid in the bottle will be flushed to the condenser, and the pressure will be difficult to reduce. When it is necessary to collect different fractions in distillation without interrupting the distillation, two or more tails can be used.
